Our company, Rezidencija d.o.o., had the privilege of exclusively managing the sales for some of the largest residential projects in Zagreb, such as the Meandar project in Središće (client FEAL) and the Green Side Residence project (clients Xprimia and Terraplant) at the southwest entrance to Zagreb, totaling over 700 residential units across these two reference projects. We are also proud of our work on the Kempinski Hotel Adriatic project in Savudrija (client MK Group), where we developed the commercialization concept and managed the sales of a complex of 20 ultra-luxurious villas under the Kempinski brand.
